RETURNS & EXCHANGE

DANSE DE PARIS PTY LTD offers refunds only on items that arrive with a manufacturing fault. We pride ourselves on having a high standard of quality control across all of our stock, but if you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with our customer care team for further investigation and amendment, please note all garments are carefully inspected prior to shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Returns 
Items can be returned within 30 days of your order being delivered for a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. 

Please note you will not receive a credit for your shipping charges, only for products purchased.

We use DHL ecommerce for our delivery service and suggest allowing up to 12 to 30 business days for deliveries within domestic Australia and all international destinations. Duties/Customs may cause delays for international orders.

DANSE DE PARIS will cover the postage costs for any items you need to return due to a manufacturing fault or wrong item received.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free within Australia when you spend over $90 in your currency.

Otherwise a flat rate of $15 in your currency will apply.

International shipping is free for orders over $90 in your currency.

DANSE DE PARIS ship with DHL ecommerce and require a signature upon delivery. We suggest addressing your parcel to a location where someone will be present between 9am-5pm to accept and sign for the delivery.

Please note DANSE DE PARIS takes no responsibility for purchased items once they have left our warehouse.
