RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from date of receipt. We are happy to exchange the item(s) for a different size/colour/style or issue a voucher/refund on receipt, if preferred.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


As soon as your exchange has been processed, we will send you an email informing you that your replacement order is on its way.

If you have opted for a refund, the total amount for the items returned and accepted will be refunded to the credit card/PayPal account on which the original payment was made.

- Standard Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days from shipping date. 

- Express Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We no longer offer this service for the moment due to COVID-19. 

If your package has not arrived within 14 business days from shipment, check your tracking number or send our Customer Service Team an email at shipping@dansedeparis.com 

You'll receive your Express Post tracking number in a notification email once the order has been dispatched.

We use DHL e-commerce for our delivery service. All delivery information has been provided by DHL e-commerce.

Duties/Customs may cause delays for international orders.

We aim to offer a premium crafted product in quality and fabric. If you find a fault with a product you've received, please contact us Info@dansedeparis.com quoting your order number, your name and your address. We'll get back to you ASAP!

To help speed up the process: 

- Take a photo of the garment showing the manufacturing fault 

- We will ship a new garment immediately at no cost to you

- We will email a shipping slip

We do our very best but we're (mostly) human, and fairies can get in the works on very rare occasions. If the item you've received is not what you ordered, please email info@dansedeparis.com quoting your order number, your name and address, and details of the product received. We'll advise on how best to proceed with the return.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

- Print your shipping label that you will receive by email

- Send all items back to us using the label provided

DANSE DE PARIS will cover the postage costs for any items you need to return due to a manufacturing fault or wrong item received.

SHIPPING

- Shipping is free when you spend over $90 in your currency. 

- Otherwise flat rate of $15 will apply.

- Otherwise Express shipping is $20

DANSE DE PARIS ship with DHL e-commerce and require a signature upon delivery. We suggest addressing your parcel to a location where someone will be present between 9am-5pm to accept and sign for the delivery.

Please note DANSE DE PARIS takes no responsibility for purchased items once they have left our warehouse. 

Yes, we can deliver to international locations. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. DANSE DE PARIS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges like duties and taxes to clear the package from customs.


Parcel delays are more likely to occur or be extended in the lead up to festive seasons and key sales periods. If nobody is home to take delivery of your package, local postal guidelines will apply.

For all DANSE DE PARIS orders that offer free shipping**, we use DHL e-commerce. 

For all DANSE DE PARIS orders that offer Express free shipping**, we use DHL EXPRESS.

We welcome international retailers but we are exclusive to BLOCH stores in Australia.
